The fourth round of the 2025 UIAA Ice Climbing World Tour was held from February 21-23, 2025, in Longmont, Colorado. Mongolian athletes showcased exceptional talent, securing two gold medals and one silver. N. Selenge, an International Master of Sports, triumphed in the women’s speed category with a remarkable time of 12.64 seconds, marking her third consecutive World Cup victory.

In the men’s speed category, International Master of Sports N. Kherlen achieved a course time of 7.43 seconds, winning the gold medal and becoming a two-time World Cup Champion. His brother, Ch. Mandakhbayar, also a two-time champion, claimed the silver medal with a time of 8.67 seconds. O. Saikhanjargal finished in sixth place in the same category.

The competition saw nearly 90 elite athletes from 15 nations, with the host country, the United States, fielding the largest team of 27 climbers. Four Mongolian athletes are set to return for the final round of the 2025 tour, scheduled to take place in Edmonton, Canada, on February 27, 2025.
