Bolivia’s, Hungary’s, and Norway’s foreign ministers along with IAEA’s chief have arrived in New Delhi for Raisina Dialogue 2025. On March 18, 2025, notable international figures including Bolivia’s Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa Lunda, Hungary’s Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, Norway’s Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide, and IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi arrived in New Delhi for the 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue. The event, organized by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), is taking place from March 17 to 19.
The Raisina Dialogue is recognized as India’s leading conference focused on geopolitics and geoeconomics, attracting global leaders to address crucial issues impacting the international community. This year, approximately 3,700 participants, including over 800 speakers and delegates from 130 nations, are attending, encompassing current and former heads of state, diplomats, military leaders, and business executives.
This year’s theme is “Kalachakra: People, Peace, Planet,” and discussions will revolve around six major thematic pillars: ‘Politics Interrupted: Shifting Sands and Rising Tides,’ ‘Resolving the Green Trilemma,’ ‘Digital Planet: Agents, Agencies and Absences,’ ‘Militant Mercantilism,’ ‘The Tiger’s Tale,’ and ‘Investing in Peace.’ The Raisina Ideas Pod, in collaboration with Firstpost, will feature curated sessions addressing significant global topics including Europe’s role in the Indo-Pacific and the African Union’s position within the G20.
